By accessing or using TapIn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TapIn is a progressive web application (PWA) that enables users to create digital business cards, share them via QR codes, and save contacts seamlessly. The Service includes card creation, customization, QR code generation, contact downloading (vCard), and analytics.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on TapIn, including your card information, logos, and photos. By using the Service, you grant TapIn a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: create misleading or fraudulent content; distribute spam or unwanted communications; violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe on the rights of others; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

6. Paid Subscriptions

TapIn offers paid subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Max) that provide additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapIn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
